I know that we all perform at different levels and require different motivation to remain on track with this lifestyle. The charge to take care of your health ultimately belongs to you but I pray that I might be able to assist you along the way. Some of my ladies accept & kill the 21 Day Challenge while others get lost along the way & that’s just life but I want this program to change that. I want to challenge you for a shorter amount of time & show you that with proper diet and nutrition you can get and maintain your results. The program will consist of 5 days of detoxing which will be hard but you can do it & 5 days of proper nutrition to show you how you should be eating on a regular basis.
