1 on 1 Virtual Consultation
1) You will be contacted via email to schedule the virtual consultation so please make sure your email is correct. (Please allow 1 business day)
2) I will gather your background information through asking questions. This includes a health history as well as fitness background. These two are equally important as they will determine the starting point for our conversation.
3) Set Goals. I will work with you to set clear and attainable goals as these will be the metrics for tracking progress on your journey. Through asking questions about your motivations I will be able to help you create realistic and meaningful goals.
4) Discuss next steps
FYI: I will provide advice on nutrition and exercise but I will not create meal plans or workout programs via this service. Please see my other programs for nutrition & exercise plans.
